DESCRIPTION:Dates: Thursday\, July 17\, 2025 \nStart Time: 7:30am sharp \nEnd Time: 4:30pm \nOverview:  \nThe goal of this training is to help educate our teams on the basics of material conveyance to ensure safe\, efficient\, and profitable production.  \nConveyor systems are key to the efficiency of an entire operation\, and belting is key to the productivity of a conveyor. Consequently\, preservation of the capabilities and life of a belt is essential. Considering the size of the initial investment in conveyor belting\, the importance of preserving a belt through regular inspection and repair cannot be overstated. Recognize\, report\, and repair issues as they arise. DESCRIPTION:Dates: Tuesday\, February 27th to Wednesday\, February 28th\, 2024 \nStart Time: 7:30am sharp \nEnd Time: 4:30pm \nPPE Required \nDress for both indoor and outdoor activity \nThis course is for new or recertifying Top Drum or Wheel trainers only – Mentor Driver is not yet scheduled.  If Top Drum/Wheel is new to you\, or you’re unfamiliar with it then we strongly encourage you to attend as well! It is the Knife River standard for all drivers of Commercial Vehicles. \nSupervisors\, you can enroll multiple individuals with each submission. \nThis course will be going over inputting data electronically.  An iPad will be needed.  Please bring a company provided iPad if you have one.  For those who do not have access to one\, an iPad will be provided during this course. \n  \nTravel Information:  Airports\, Hotels\, Shuttle and other Nearby Services – Travel Information – Knife River Training Center \nCancellation Policy: If\, for any reason\, you and/or any student(s) you’re registering cannot attend a class\, you’ll receive a full refund or are not charged if you cancel 14 days prior to the start of the scheduled class.
