Coaching 101 – The 6 C’s

In our Coaching 101 Workshop, you will build skills that enable you to coach your team in real time and develop relationships that will help drive engagement. Content is focused on our “6 Cs” and our People-First philosophy. You can expect a highly interactive class that will include opportunities for you to practice what you have learned.

This is an immersion style course, with approximately 13 hours of content delivered over two days.

Day one – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Day two – 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
