Course Duration
Two Days or approximately 16+ Hours.

Program is open to job seekers as well as those currently employed.
Must reside or work in one of the following counties:
Linn County
Benton County
Marion County
Polk County
Yamhill County
Course Overview
This course is structured to facilitate hands-on learning with minimal desk time.
Participants will have the chance to practice and implement essential skills related to:
- Creating positive team impact
- Engaging communication skills
- Developing and delivering clear instructions
- Situational leadership techniques
- Giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Navigating different personalities
- Time management strategies
- Enhancing productivity
